Shift Digital
Kasco worked with a team of design, construction, and technology professionals for interior renovations at Shift Digital to deliver 5,000sf of new finishes and exterior improvements, all while maintaining operations.
Echelon Kitchen + Bar
The owners of Echelon Kitchen + Bar put together a powerhouse team of architects, designers, and construction professionals to design and build this fine dining eatery in Ann Arbor, MI. Kasco is proud to have taken on the massive undertaking of building this modern restaurant in a century-old building.
Starkweather Station Apartments
Construction of this four-story, 95-unit affordable luxury apartments makes efficient use of this five-acre wooded site. Kasco coordinated 60 vendors, trades, and suppliers working over 128,000sf to complete the project on time and ahead of schedule, while constructing a quality and detailed project.
Kasco, Inc. Headquarters
Kasco purchased a 40,000 square foot 1920’s era warehouse giving it a new purpose. Our team went right to work refreshing the entire facility to achieve a cutting edge, open-office design with high-bay ceilings, ergonomic work stations, industrial mezzanine and updated technology.
First State Bank
Kasco provided construction management for a ground-up, new commercial building project to create an inviting, functional space for First State Bank.
UFCW Local 951 Expansion
Kasco worked with UFCW (United Food & Commercial Workers) and design firm to convert and expand a bank branch into contemporary and functional space for daily work, circulation and flow.

University of Michigan President’s Residence
Having delivered two prior interior renovations, Kasco was again selected for a high-profile project at a crown jewel of the U of M Campus which included major interior and exterior renovations, historical preservation, a 550sf expansion, fire suppression and landscaping.
University of Michigan Dance Building
Kasco delivered a new LEED Silver Certified, ground-up masonry construction building facility featuring dance studios and auditorium areas on the U of M Campus. The project consisted of major site clearing and excavation.
Oakland University Elliott Hall
Oakland University selected Kasco to assist with their growing demand for meeting and gathering space. After presenting an array of sound budget scenarios and logistics plans, Kasco delivered the build out and renovation on time.
University of Detroit Student Union Expansion
Major expansion work on the UDM Student Union enabled consolidation of campus administration functions, public safety services and student activity spaces

St Francis of Assisi Parish
Major expansion project at St Francis of Assisi Parish in Ann Arbor features a new 22,000sf Parish Hall Addition to the existing structure and included a full array of specialty services available through Kasco.

Kasco has proudly delivered more than 110 projects exceeding $1.6M since 2015 throughout Detroit’s beloved and world-renowned art museum, with upgrades and improvements ranging from minor casework displays to complete gallery renovations.

Weldaloy Specialty Forgings
Weldaloy is a key supplier of forged nonferrous products across multiple manufacturing industries. Kasco was the design-build contractor for its state-of-the-art corporate headquarters where executive offices and plant facilities were rebuilt with new, high efficiency and energy efficient mechanical systems, energy code updates and other improvements while the business maintained operations.
