Echelon Kitchen + Bar

The owners of Echelon Kitchen + Bar put together a powerhouse team of architects, designers, and construction professionals to design and build this fine dining eatery in Ann Arbor, MI.

Kasco is proud to have taken on the task of building this modern restaurant in a century-old building. Challenges faced while constructing in this historical structure included shoring up both the floor and roof structure to support the new restaurant interior and industrial kitchen equipment, featuring a commercial brick wood-fired oven.

This project was a massive undertaking considering the age of the building. We’re proud of our contribution and partnership with Echelon in bringing this unique restaurant to life.
