Weldaloy Specialty Forgings

Kasco was selected as the design-build contractor for this state-of-the-art corporate headquarters. Weldaloy is a key supplier of forged non-ferrous products to the aerospace, oil and gas, power equipment, superconductor, semiconductor, and material processing industries.

This project consisted of demolition of the existing front office building and a portion of the existing plant to create space for the new executive offices. The exterior of the connected plant was updated with new energy saving composite metal insulated panels.

The building featured high efficiency and energy efficient mechanical systems, energy code updates, and selected manufacturing plant improvements. Phasing was imperative as the business maintained operations throughout the entire renovation process.
