Finished in May 2022. Kasco new ground-up forty exam room Medical Office Building. Owned and operated by local development firm Highpoint Real Estate Development and occupied by UM Health-West

Design to budget construction management approach brought Kasco in as a partner to identify scope, constructability and fiscal challenges brought to the job. Working smoothly in a round table format with the owner, architect, and engineering teams; Kasco made timely and valuable recommendations to keep project both on schedule and budget.

In addtition, facing numerous lead time, COVID and labor challenges, Kasco proudly handed over the keys to UM Health West to begin caring for their first patients in April 2022.
