After 15 years in business, Kasco’s growing team required a space suitable to accommodate their ever-growing company, allow room for future expansion and have a dedicated space that represents our company, values, and of course our quality of craftsmanship and detail.

Just blocks away from our prior Woodward office, Kasco purchased a 40,000 square foot 1920’s era warehouse giving it a new purpose. Our team went right to work hiring Neuman / Smith and refreshing the entire facility. Cutting edge open-office space design with high-bay ceilings, ergonomic work stations, industrial mezzanine and updated technology.
