100% Employee Owned

At Kasco, we’re proud to be 100% employee-owned by our incredible team. An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) allows our employees to become partial owners of our company. Aside from tax benefits, this opportunity allows for alignment of our teams interests, and fosters a sense of ownership and pride.

The Perks

Employee Owned Shares

Kasco is proudly 100% employee-owned. After one full year of employment, you will be automatically enrolled in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This is in addition to the company sponsored 401(K) Plan (including co-matching). The ESOP is a long-term retirement plan funded completely by Kasco in our company’s private stock. When the company is profitable, that success is shared with you in the ESOP.

Key Positions

A Construction Superintendent is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all the activities of a construction site according to the project blueprints, project scope, facility requirement, and schedule. Their duties include coordinating subcontractors and general construction staff, performing quality control and safety checks, ensuring quality construction occurs, working within requirements of client, and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites. They observe all activities on a construction site and maintain a site log that explains what was accomplished and where the construction team needs to resume the following day/week/phase.

The Construction Project Estimator is responsible for determining the time, labor, materials, and product costs to complete a construction project. Estimators work closely with other professionals such as project managers, architects, vendors, and subcontractors to coordinate, evaluate, and prepare cost estimates by analyzing requests for proposals, reviewing bid instructions, blueprints, specifications, and related bid documents.

A Construction Project Manager plans, directs, coordinates, and oversees the building process of various construction projects from pre-construction to close-out procedures. Construction Project Managers ensure that work is completed on time to expectations, and within budget. Throughout the Construction processes, PMs liaise with owners, subcontractors, and other construction or related professionals to maintain owner and project requirements.

A Project Engineer provides technical support to the Project Manager on a construction project from initiation to close out. The main responsibilities of this individual include maintenance and the creation of project documentation, ordering of equipment and supplied, and providing project coordination and scheduling support.

Our construction laborers perform physical labor on construction sites to support the work of other constructions professionals and tradesmen in the completion of a build. Kasco’s laborers may prepare sites by cleaning them, loading, or unloading materials, and removing hazards. They may also run different types of equipment and perform other construction duties.
