100% Employee Owned
At Kasco, we’re proud to be 100% employee-owned by our incredible team. An Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) allows our employees to become partial owners of our company. Aside from tax benefits, this opportunity allows for alignment of our teams interests, and fosters a sense of ownership and pride.
The Perks
Employee Owned Shares
Kasco is proudly 100% employee-owned. After one full year of employment, you will be automatically enrolled in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). This is in addition to the company sponsored 401(K) Plan (including co-matching). The ESOP is a long-term retirement plan funded completely by Kasco in our company’s private stock. When the company is profitable, that success is shared with you in the ESOP.
Investing in You
Joining Kasco means you have immediate access to our 401(k) Plan, and the opportunity for co-matching and profit sharing contributions after one year. Add to that the opportunity for annual performance bonuses.
HealthCare Coverage
For full-time employees we provide five affordable individual Medical Benefit Plans to choose from with over 80% of your premiums funded by Kasco and designed to protect you and your family. We offer access to dental and vision coverage, plus co-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability.
Paid Time Off & Company Paid Holidays
Kasco recognizes the energy employees put into their jobs. Paid Time Off (PTO) is in place to reward and recognize commitment of service and time. PTO is available to use for non-company sponsored holidays, vacation, bereavement, when you are ill and or when you need to take time off to attend to personal business. Each year, Kasco offers nine company paid federal holidays.

Jack M.
Superintendent — Ann Arbor
Over three college summers as an intern, I progressed into greater responsibilities and was exposed to more significant projects. I trained under some of the best in the (construction) business. This validated my decision to pursue construction management as a career. Upon graduation, I accepted an offer to become a Superintendent. I am incredibly confident in my choice and excited to continue growing and learning with Kasco.

I joined Kasco 20 years ago. As the Company has grown, the work ethic has not wavered. I attribute that to the quality of Kasco senior management. They lead the team in striving to be and do our best which inspires me every day.

I joined Kasco as an estimator in 2009. Over the years I have had the opportunity to work on some of the Company’s largest and most complicated projects. In 2022 Kasco became a 100% Employee Owned. I am excited to see what the future holds for Kasco and for me!

My journey to Kasco began after 20 + years in retail flooring and hard surfaces. In 2017 Kasco took a chance on me when they offered me the opportunity to join the Company as one of their Project Engineers. The Management, my co-workers, Kasco’s culture, the ESOP… I am truly part of something special.

Intern
Interning at Kasco has provided me with valuable experience from all aspects of construction. From proposals to close-outs, I learned something new every day. I was welcomed as a member of the team from day one, and the collaborative environment helped make this internship a rewarding experience. I am very grateful to have been a part of the team and able to contribute to these projects.
