Working within an active Surgical Department can be one of the most challenging projects for any Construction Manager. In addition to common renovation noises, odors and air particles, the delivery and installation of highly technical equipment all needed to be provided in one of the most sensitive areas of this hospital building.

Working closely with hospital Administration, Facilities, Equipment providers and Kasco’s highly specialized team of subcontractors; Kasco delivered exceptional planning, safety and ICRA/ ILSM measures.

With ongoing meetings and planning, this new state of the art OR was delivered on time, in budget and exceeded University of Michigan Health-West expectations.
