What they do…
Project Managers: Directly responsible for the day-to-day management, administration, and coordination of all elements of the construction management process.
Project Superintendents: Daily responsibility for onsite construction activities including subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and liaison with owners and architects.
Project Engineers: Assist project managers and supervisors in planning and onsite execution.
Estimators: Responsible for the analysis and compilation of data to efficiently estimate the cost, time, labor and materials required for the scope of work.
CAD Designers: Responsible for the fabrication of millwork shop drawings.
Support Staff: Ensures the project teams and office run smoothly, accounting is handled efficiently, and your projects receive the attention they require.
Self-Performing Trades: On-staff tradesmen that specialize in providing/installing specific elements of the overall construction project.
