University of Michigan President’s Residence

Having delivered two prior interior renovations, Kasco was again selected for a high-profile project at a crown jewel of the U of M Campus which included major interior and exterior renovations, historical preservation, a 550sf expansion, fire suppression and landscaping.

University of Michigan Dance Building

Kasco delivered a new LEED Silver Certified, ground-up masonry construction building facility featuring dance studios and auditorium areas on the U of M Campus. The project consisted of major site clearing and excavation.

Oakland University Elliott Hall

Oakland University selected Kasco to assist with their growing demand for meeting and gathering space. After presenting an array of sound budget scenarios and logistics plans, Kasco delivered the build out and renovation on time.

University of Detroit Student Union Expansion

Major expansion work on the UDM Student Union enabled consolidation of campus administration functions, public safety services and student activity spaces
