Starkweather Station Apartments

HUD-Financed construction of the (2) four-story, total (95) unit affordable luxury apartments located in the downtown area of Plymouth, Michigan makes efficient use of this five-acre wooded site. Kasco coordinated 60 vendors, trades, and suppliers working over 128,000sf to complete the project on time and ahead of schedule, while constructing a quality and detailed project.

Tight clearances included shop fabricated marble tops, factory fabricated cabinetry, and stainless-steel appliances all fitted to within ¼” to provide a custom kitchen and bath layout. Lighting and ductwork layouts are coordinated for “loft ceiling” look. Kasco utilized commercial cost coding and quality control systems to coordinate, schedule, and check all clearances. By utilizing the commercial systems, residential vendors and trades were able to produce a superior final product.

Both inside and out, the Starkweather Station is a beautiful addition to the community. Kasco was proud to deliver this multi-family project.
