To meet the needs created by the growing demand for meeting and gathering space, Oakland University selected Kasco to assist with resolving the challenge.

To develop a scope for the project, Kasco first evaluated the facility layout, building systems, and finishes. After reviewing the initial data, Kasco offered multiple budget scenarios and logistics plans for improvements. With sound budgeting, and clear scope in hand, Oakland University was able to secure funding to make the much-needed improvements.

With occupant security and safety as the highest priority, Kasco created daily working logistics, scheduling, and planning that works closely with staff and student needs. The project included custom millwork, new flooring, painting, and new ceiling treatments. Planning and orchestrating efforts with staff and facility, Kasco was able to complete the project on time and on budget.
