EMU / IHA Medical Office Buildings

Located on the campus of Eastern Michigan University, Kasco was selected to erect two individual structures to accommodate a new EMU Student Wellness Center in addition to a new IHA Urgent Care facility.

The project began after a $2.3 Million project providing necessary infrastructure to underground utility systems, adjacent parking lot repaving in addition to Lyman Street connector boulevard.

Combined, the two buildings total over 27,900 square feet and feature state of the art Urgent Care, Pharmacy, X-Ray and Office areas for students as well as public use.

After 11 months, Kasco delivered another complete ground-up Construction Management project to another happy and long-standing client.
